The Patch

What is the RIES system?
RIES stands for = Real time Interactive Event System. With this system in place, we will see the emergence of frequent monster raids on towns, and in game events randomly started by the event engine, without any interference from staff. Be warned though, if the monsters want a town, they’ll let you know about it….
Desert Mud Wall Siege?
The Desert Mud Wall Siege will allow guilds to take control of Desert Mud Wall, much in the same way as a guild would take control of Sabuk Wall, there’s just one difference. You wont be the only ones wanting the wall….
The wall houses a range of benefits, including tax income from the wall itself, as well as your guilds own private dungeon.
Drop Rates
We are currently in the middle of doing some intensive analysis of the drop rates of gold and items within the game. We are looking at changing the current drop rate for dungeons and caves to have a drop system that will allow for both items and gold to drop, not one or the other. We may keep one or two hunting grounds gold or item only, but this will only be decided after our analysis has finished.
Daily Quests
We are aware of the problem surrounding the daily quests, and we are working franticly to solve the problem. We are hoping that soon we will have the majority of the daily quests in a working state, allowing for you all to start a quest, safe in the knowledge it is not bugged. There are currently over 900 daily quests and due to this, the fix will not happen over night, but most likely a few quests will get fixed at a time, so why it may seem we are not doing anything on the matter, it could be that you are trying a quest we have not yet got to.
Lag Issues & ‘Sticky Feet’
Lag is like a plague to MMORPG’s, just when you think it’s gone it rears its ugly head. We are currently in talks with our server technicians, our ISP and the development team over a possible solution to these problems.
The server technicians are busy testing our servers to make sure there is no problems our end. Our ISP is checking our lines and the development team while not being able to come up with a fix now, is due to have a brain storming meeting soon to try and get a fix for these problems once and for all.
We will keep you notified on the progress of this situation.
Christmas Event
The Christmas event will soon be upon us, and snow will fill the sky’s of Bichon Province, Prajna Village and Phantom Forest. Christmas tree’s will appear around the landscape and the odd snowman might make an appearance. Also, to get you in the Christmas spirit there will be a Christmas carols playing in the background of BP, PV and PF.
Free Time
As we announced in our latest Newsletter we will be giving you all a Christmas Gift of three free days, for the period of Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

Payment Methods
We are pleased to announce, that the payment methods “Surf Pin” and “Pay by Cash” are drawing to a close. We are aiming to bring you these payment methods as soon as possible, to allow you to get back to your favourite hunting spot.
We will bring you more news as and when information develops.
Bugs
We are currently expecting bug fixes for the “F10” and wrongly named talismans in the automated system very soon.
As soon as we receive the fixes for these bugs we will apply them to the game. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
We will also be looking to fix the wrongly named "Crystals" and "Life Pills."
Web Commission Merchant
Some of you may be aware that we recently launched our web commission merchant. By using this merchant you can view all the items currently for sale in game. You can sort the fields by players name, item name and price, and you can also do a search for words such as “Staff” and the results will bring you back all the Mage Staff’s, Zuma Dragon staffs etc that are currently for sale.
We are also looking at the possibility of adding the item stats and image to the feature, to make it a lot more easier to find items with added stats that you may be interested in purchasing.
Competition Prizes
We would like to say sorry to those players that are currently awaiting competition prizes in the mail. The delay has been caused with a slight problem with the printing company we have been using for the posters. As soon as we receive the posters you will have them and the rest of your prizes at your letterbox. You have not been forgotten about.
