Further to the account issue announcement of yesterday:
The duplicated accounts have now been deleted as planned without error, so if your characters are still in place it means you have not been effected.
If your account has been deleted, and you have tried to activate again and have not yet recieved an email back, please be a little patient.
If after 24hrs you still have not recieved an email, contact
support@qualitygo.com and explain the situation to the clearly and they will do their best to resolves your issue.
