It is with our deepest regret that we tell you that a few hundred accounts will shortly be deleted.

An issue has been identified within the accounts system, which has the potential to cause some serious problems.

The same issue has occurred in the database which is allowing for some players to have the same player name as other players. For example two players both having a character called Freddy001 on two different accounts.

The same issue has also caused two or more players to have been sent out the same username and password.

As you can imagine these are very serious issues and have to be dealt with swiftly. Our techies along with Korea are working on a fix to this, and we hope a fix to be ready and with us very shortly.

We must make a note though, that this is what beta is for, and now the problem has been found, it will now be identified, to stop any repeat happening when the game goes live.

Once again, our deepest apologies to all the players effected and we can assure you our techies are currently being whipped until a fix is found.
